Artoria Lion Leo Zodiac Limoges Box
The proud lion of Leo rests atop a deep blue base decorated with gold stars, crescent moons and Leo symbols, closed with a Saturn-shaped clasp. Open the lid to find “Leo” written in gold inside. A perfect birthday gift for anyone born July 23 to August 22.
Each Limoges piece is shaped from fine white porcelain, fired at high temperature and then painted entirely by hand by artisans in the Limoges region of France, so no two are ever exactly alike. Like the finest Limoges boxes, it opens on a hinged lid with a hand-set metal clasp. Artoria Limoges is celebrated for its highly detailed, finely sculpted boxes, including pieces created for Walt Disney, and is a favorite among serious collectors.
