2 Day air ($18 - $26), 
Overnight Express($30- $45),
and International ($35 - $45).

Limoges Boutique stands behind every product it sells. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from the Limoges Boutique website, you must contact Limoges Boutique within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to award you a full refund for your piece or work out any problems with acceptance of the return. Also, we are happy to accept any limoges box exchanges for up to a 30 day period. If you decide that you would like to return the piece after 48 hours and up to 30 days, there is a standard 15% restocking fee.

 

Return and Damage Policy :

We appreciate your purchase. You have chosen wonderful pieces to display and we are confident it is in perfect condition. In the event that there is a discrepancy we will do everything possible to remedy the situation. Customer care is our top priority! We prepare your shipment very carefully. Each Limoges box is inspected and verified before shipping. All shipments are fully insured for the amount of your piece.

Damaged Orders Upon Arrival:

You must contact the shipping carrier if your piece arrives damaged. Your shipping carrier will come and inspect your Limoges, then your claim will be handled between us and the shipping carrier. We will refund or replace your piece as soon as we receive a claim form from the shipping carrier. Please keep all of the original shipping packaging.

UPS : Call 1-800-742-5877 to arrange pick up of the damaged Limoges in the original packaging. UPS will take the broken piece and give you a tracking number of your claim with the date of pick up. Then when we receive the claim form you refund will be given to you or your piece replaced.

USPS : You must file a claim within 48 hours at your local post office. Bring the limoges box to the post office in it's original packing with a copy of your purchase order form and fill out USPS claim form.

DO NOT PERSONALLY send back to anything that is broken or damaged. To receive a refund when your purchase is damaged during shipping, make a claim with the shipping carrier and keep all of the original packaging; otherwise you will be held responsible for the breakage and no refund will be made.

Perfect Condition Returns:

We have a 24 hour full refund policy (minus shipping both ways). You must call or email us within 24 hours if you aren't pleased with your piece. After 24 hours there is a 15% restocking fee or an even exchange allowed. After 30 days there are no refunds/exchanges.

If you wish to return or exchange your piece in perfect condition, please contact us for the return address. Make sure that you track and insure the return package or we will not be held responsible if it comes up missing.

We cannot take back a piece that has been personalized with an event, name, or date on it.
