Shipping and Returns for Limoges Box Orders

We want every order to arrive safely and every customer to feel confident after checkout. Our shipping and returns policy is designed to protect your purchase, explain delivery choices clearly, and make the next step simple if something needs attention.

Available Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped on working business days only. You can choose the level of service that best fits your timeline and destination:

  • UPS Ground — $12
  • 2 Day Air — $18 to $26
  • Overnight Express — $30 to $45
  • International Shipping — $35 to $45

Every Limoges box is inspected before it leaves our shop and packed with care. All shipments are fully insured for the value of the piece, giving collectors extra peace of mind during transit.

Return Window and Exchange Options

If a purchase is not the right fit, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can review the best solution. In many cases, returns in perfect condition may qualify for a full refund when reported quickly, while items returned after the initial grace period may be eligible for an exchange or subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Full refund opportunity: contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
  • After the first 24 hours: a restocking fee may apply unless an exchange is arranged.
  • Up to 30 days: exchanges may be considered based on condition and timing.
  • After 30 days: refunds and exchanges are not available.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns, including outbound and return postage when applicable.

How to Handle Damaged Deliveries

If your Limoges piece arrives damaged, do not send it back on your own. The first step is to file a claim with the shipping carrier so the package can be inspected and the claim can be processed correctly.

UPS Damaged Package Process

For UPS deliveries, call 1-800-742-5877 to arrange pickup of the damaged item in its original packaging. The carrier will collect the parcel, issue a tracking number for the claim, and provide the next step in the review process.

USPS Damaged Package Process

For USPS deliveries, visit your local post office and file a claim within 48 hours. Bring the Limoges box, the original packing materials, and a copy of your purchase order so the claim can be submitted properly.

Once we receive the carrier’s claim form, we will move forward with a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Return Packing Requirements

To help protect your order during a return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Use the original shipping box and packing materials whenever possible.
  • Track and insure the return shipment.
  • Request the return address from our team before mailing anything back.
  • Keep proof of shipment until the return has been received and reviewed.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost in transit without tracking and insurance.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Personalized pieces that include a name, date, or special event are not eligible for return. Because these items are custom-made or customized for a specific occasion, they are final sale.
