These were Made by the Artoria Limoges Factory for Sinclair in 1999.  So they are signed Sinclair Limoges Peint Main Limoges France

We bought out Sinclair who was liquidating and have a number of these. These are great Christmas gifts. If you are interested in buying a quantity message me and I'll make you a deal.
